2. Pre-heat embossing part: heating by oil temp heat cycle. Double copper roll embossing and laminating pattern, force air cooling

3. Slitting part: use pneumatic pressure cutting mode, slitting edge could reach 3mm minimum, and dispense with edge device. Width deviation between roll core and roll outside is within 2mm. Reach materials smoothness.

4. Winding part: winding with center shaft back pressure roller, cross frame double stations auto roll changing and splicing. Open-close air shaft unload/load materials, convenient and efficient.

5. Control system: full servo drive whole machine, Mitsubishi PLC program control and HMI operation.
